"Hallstrom Co Black Garlic was formed in 2016 in Newcastle NSW. It is a small business with big flavour: Black Garlic! As a Chef with a passion for unique ingredients Josh Seward, owner of Hallstrom, wanted to produce a product that chefs and home cooks everywhere can enjoy and create with. Black garlic is such a versatile ingredient it can be incorporated into almost anything sweet and savoury. This year Hallstrolm Co aims to expand the business to all of Australia.
