The Braidwood Garlic Growers Co-op Ltd (BGGC) was established in 2017, to support and promote sustainable garlic growing in the Southern Tablelands region of New South Wales.
Members must grow their garlic in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales
Members are expected to contribute to the ongoing activities of the co-op and share their skills.
Members should be prepared to sell their garlic through the co-op.

Who can be a member?
Garlic growers located in the cool climate region of the Southern Tablelands who are committed to growing garlic sustainably, using organic principles and without the use of artificial chemicals or fertilisers, may be members of the co-operative.
Active membership requirements
On an annual basis, members must participate in a meeting, event or a service of the Co-op. Members are required to make garlic available for sale through our co-op (20 kg) and complete a questionnaire about their garlic production activities.
Entry Fees and Subscriptions
The application fee is $55 and membership is $200 annually.
A member is also required to purchase a minimum of 10 shares to be purchased at the time of application at a cost of $100
Members are encouraged to participate in the administration and sales initiatives of the co-op and assist/participate in co-op activities and events.
